Director of Interior Design

This is a leadership position where you can make a massive contribution to your interior design team and the direction of the firm. - Your ideas will have an impact in design direction, team development, and company operations - You will join the ranks of leadership within an Architecture and Interior Design firm - Salary $110,000 – $140,000 - Hybrid work schedule, full and comprehensive benefit package - Opportunity for future equity ownership What You Will Do: Along with producing compelling interior designs for architectural projects in a wide variety of market sectors, the Director of Interior Design will lead the firm’s interior design work and partner with the Marketing Team to enhance strategies that strengthen existing client relationships, develop new client relationships, and secure new project opportunities. You will work with the Principals and Executive Team to promote the architectural and interior design team, with the goal of expanding interior design services.
