Director of Interior Design

THE ROLE: The Director of Interior Design is responsible to lead the area and plays a key role on the senior division operations team and oversee the team to support the sales process to provide a virtual reality experience that differentiates the process and allows the ability to see the final product and options that are available. • Observes team members interactions with a buyer or homeowner to evaluate, provide feedback, and coach and develop each individual. • Oversees all or part of the design team members responsible to hire, evaluate, and performance manage as necessary. • Works closely with the team to ensure vendors provide a seamless process and to learn product knowledge and quality standards. • Conducts competitive visits and research to keep current with trends in the industry and develops recaps and ideas to the design team to review and determine if needs to be addressed.
