Director of Interior Design

As Design Director , you will oversee the creative and operational success of SmartDesign’s projects, ensuring the highest level of design execution while keeping projects aligned with budgets, timelines, and client expectations . You will work closely with senior leadership, designers, architects, and construction teams to maintain seamless coordination across all phases of the design-build process. Beyond execution, you will play a critical role in business development, industry networking, and SmartDesign’s brand positioning , helping to attract new clients, expand industry relationships, and further establish SmartDesign as a premier firm in NYC.
