Basic Requirements • 5+ years of experience designing and executing multi‑location environments in education, retail, hospitality, or co‑working sectors • Portfolio demonstrating real‑world projects that integrate aesthetic excellence with operational feasibility • Proven track record creating scalable, standards‑driven design systems rather than one‑off custom spaces • Hands‑on management of vendor execution, including installation quality control and schedule adherence • Excellent documentation capabilities and communication skills with cross‑functional, non‑design team members • Comfortable and able to travel regularly, 50‑75% of the time, throughout the U.S. • Located in the U.S. and authorized to work without requiring visa sponsorship At 2 Hour Learning, it’s talent and performance that matter.
