Basic Requirements 5+ years of professional experience designing and executing multi-location environments in sectors such as education, retail, hospitality, or co‑working Portfolio demonstrating completed projects that achieve both visual excellence and operational feasibility Proven track record developing scalable, standards-driven design systems rather than singular custom projects Hands‑on management of vendor execution, including oversight of installation quality and schedule adherence Excellent documentation capabilities and communication skills with cross‑functional teams, particularly non‑design partners Comfortable with frequent travel, 50‑75% of the time, throughout the United States Currently based in the U.S. with authorization to work without requiring visa sponsorship Nice‑to‑have Requirements Background designing premium environments with rigorous quality expectations, such as boutique hospitality, luxury retail, or high‑end residential projects Proficiency with spatial design and documentation software including AutoCAD, Revit, Figma, or similar platforms Intuitive ability to create elevated spatial experiences within constrained budgets About 2 Hour Learning Education is broken, but 2 Hour Learning is proving it doesn’t have to be.
