Director of Interior Design

The Director role requires a rare balance of creative leadership and business acumen. Success in this role depends on the ability to seamlessly shift between strategic, data-driven decision-making and hands-on creative mentorship. ● Maintain a one-to-one relationship with all Interior Design clients and serve as an escalation point of contact. ● In addition to the day-to-day management of the full design process and development of their team, this role will work cross-functionally with the sales team to support high-touch business development. ● 10+ years of luxury interior design experience, preferably with demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing creatives.
