Dishwasher/Prep Cook $21-$23/hr

The position requirements and responsibilities are outlined below. RESPONSIBILITIES: \\+ Completes preparation of food based on our QC standards + guidelines \\+ Ensures consistency of dishes + sets standards for quality control by constantly tasting prep recipes \\+ Adhere to the cleaning schedule for the kitchen \\+ Maintaining stock rotation when taking in deliveries + prepping food \\+ Understanding the functions of the restaurant as it relates to the position, i.e., QC procedures, stations, table numbers, food labeling etc. \\+ Collects bus bins, washes + puts away dishes \\+ Works as a part of the wider restaurant team \\+ Complies with legal requirements under the H&S; act 1974 and food hygiene \\+ Has full working knowledge of company manuals + adheres to all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs \\+ Ensures that all prep + dish stations remain stocked before, during, and after kitchen hours \\+ Has a full understanding of Mr. West brand, ethos and culture, specifically as it relates to menu development REQUIREMENTS: Skills/Knowledge Required: \\+ Hard working/can-do, proactive attitude. \\+ Cool under pressure. \\+ Flexibility in your job with the ability to cross train and multitask.
