Role Description The Drafter will support the design team by producing precise technical drawings and documentation for residential and commercial projects. The Drafter will collaborate closely with designers to ensure accuracy, code compliance, and alignment with project specifications, while meeting established timelines. Solid organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Experience with high-end or luxury residential design environments is a plus, along with familiarity with Central PA building practices.
