Responsibilities • Collaborates with Senior Interior Designer and/or Senior Director of Interior Design and project team to develop concepts and ideas creating functional space plans, elevations, details (including millwork), and 3D models for continuing design development for both renovations and creating new spaces for Omni Hotels and Resorts. • Collaborates with Interior Designers and Architects to ensure design intent is accurately reflected in drawings. • Coordinates with the project team during all phases of the project to clearly convey the design intent. • Conducts on-site project punch as part of a team or individual effort (depending on scale of project). • Excellent time management and organization skills.
