We are a boutique architecture and interior design firm with a focus in high- end residential design. We are seeking someone with 2+ years of experience in residential drafting, some familiarity with residential construction methods, materials, and knowledge of building codes. The basics we are looking for in a nutshell: · Intermediate (or better) cad skills are a must. · A degree in either architecture, interior design, or construction management · Experience in Sketchup (a plus) · Flexible, easy to be around, good sense of humor · Eager to grow your professional knowledge and skillset · Part-time - averaging 15-20 hours a week with an option for future fulltime Great communication skills, interested in a collaborative approach · Work mostly from home (during Covid), with flexible hours. Once Covid is in the past, you'll also be able to work in our downtown studio and/or continue from home!
