We are mainly looking for someone who enjoys taking Revit plans to an extreme level of detail and graphical standards, and also going to the building departments to advance permits through the various stations. The hours for the position are flexible. We are mainly looking for someone with the same inherent client focus approach as we do, someone who demonstrates a strong interest in design as well as project management, and someone who possesses solid communication and computer skills. We will look out for an individual with strong communication skills, who understand construction costs and can design within budget. We hope to find someone who is pleasant to work with and enjoys collaborating in a team both in person and with cloud computing tools.
