We are looking for someone who has some degree of previous professional experience (e.g. summer internships, design build projects), has excellent design, technical and representation skills, and is familiar with construction documents produced in Autocad. This position works closely with our job captain and project manager as a supporting staff member in performing professional services and producing deliverables for commercial, landlord, and retail work in NY. The responsibilities would include site surveys, CAD drafting, assisting with drawing coordination and construction administration as well as maintaining project documentation.
