The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of custom drapery construction and fabrication, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, highly detail-oriented environment. · Identify and correct fabrication issues before products leave the workroom · Help establish priorities and allocate work based on project deadlines · 10+ years of experience in custom drapery fabrication, workroom management, or a related field · Experience working with interior designers and design professionals is a plus
