Job Title: Interior Designer About the Job We are seeking an experienced and creative interior designer to help carry our vision forward in residential remodeling projects. This individual will play a vital role in crafting elegant, livable interiors for full-home renovations, kitchen and bath remodels, and custom additions. The successful candidate will have a strong design aesthetic, excellent client-facing skills, and a passion for working in a collaborative design-build environment. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and present design concepts for high-end home renovations and additions • Lead and support interior design projects from initial concept through construction completion • Collaborate closely with in-house architectural designer on large scale projects • Conduct site visits to measure and document existing conditions • Conduct client discovery meetings to understand lifestyle needs, preferences, and project scope • Develop floor plans, elevations, renderings, and construction drawings using Chief Architect • Create mood boards, palettes, and detailed presentation packages • Select and specify high-quality materials, fixtures and finishes that match client needs and budget • Collaborate closely with project managers, estimators, and carpenters to ensure alignment between design intent and execution • Participate in on-site visits and design reviews throughout construction phases • Stay current on trends, products, materials, and codes relevant to residential remodeling Requirements: • 5+ years experience of interior design experience (residential remodeling preferred) • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field • Proficiency in Chief Architect or ability to learn quickly • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Computer knowledge and proficiency with digital tools (Microsoft Office, project management software, mobile apps) • Strong interpersonal skills with client-facing mindset • Creative mindset, good sense of humor, and passion for design What We Offer: • Competitive salary • 401K matching • 2 weeks starting paid time off • Health benefits • A positive work culture with a focus on quality, integrity, trust, and excellence • An opportunity to work on beautiful, challenging, and often award-winning residential projects
