What You’ll Do At Grey Interiors For this position, the Project Manager must be able to read plans and specs: an understanding of Procore, MS Office Suite, is strongly preferred. This role will require reimbursed travel to the Wilmington office twice a week. Coordinate with field superintendents and crews to ensure that the teams are fully equipped and prepared to execute the projects successfullyHave complete and thorough knowledge and understanding of subcontract documentsSee that all drawings and specifications are examined, prior to beginning construction, for design deficiencies, impractical details, and possible code violationsEnsuring the project schedule incorporates dates and times for GC decisions, availability of design information, procurement of materials and subcontracts, lead times for fabrication, and field installationEnsure quality control measures are implemented and maintained throughout the life of the projectOrganize and train on-site staff to the requirements of the projectUtilize skills to run multiple projectsMaintain administrative processes related to the project What We Offer You
