EDGE Cabinetry | Interior Design: Project Bookkeeper

This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate financial records, project costing, vendor management, and client billing. The Project Bookkeeper will work closely with the Controller and project teams to manage the day-to-day accounting functions of the business. Manage day-to-day bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online and Design Manager Enter and reconcile bank and credit card transactions Process vendor invoices and maintain accurate accounts payable Record client payments and assist with accounts receivable Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations Assist with month-end close and financial reporting Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documentation Assist with sales tax reporting and compliance Project Accounting Detail-oriented and highly organized Self-motivated and dependable Able to identify and resolve discrepancies independently Comfortable managing multiple active projects Committed to maintaining accurate financial records A team player with a positive, professional attitude
