The ideal candidate will have experience leading substation engineering projects through 345kV, proficiency in protective relay schemes, creating relay schematics/wiring diagrams, specifying and selecting electrical equipment, including SCADA/RTU hardware, familiarity with NESC and NEC standards, knowledge of substation grounding grid design and lightning protection systems. You will update design requirements as necessary and contribute to the firm's TKM by developing white papers and technical design documentation of new or special case designs, studies, etc. You will collaborate with sales staff to create proposals in response to current and potential client requests for proposal (RFPs). You will provide technical guidance and training to more junior staff and mentor them for future growth within the discipline and firm. • Opportunity to work on challenging projects.
