A Day in the Life: Work side by side in a team environment with our Design Leaders, Project Managers, Architects, Interior Designers, Urban Planners and Emerging Professionals on active production projectsContribute to other design and marketing efforts undertaken by the firmCreate visual presentations and communications for client interactionsDiscover your areas of interest and work with talented mentorsDevelop design assignments throughout all project phasesCoordinate architectural drawings across disciplinesSupport communication between project team, client, vendors, contractors, and consultantsPlay an integral part in overall client satisfaction, design quality and profitability of all projects undertaken that contribute to the firm's strategic priorities Your Strengths as an Emerging Professional: Technical production skills and a demonstrated ability to effectively produce design and construction documentsProficiency in RevitExperience with 3D communication, by hand or graphic software such as SketchUp, Lumion, or Enscape Understanding of relevant codes such as state building codes, ANSI 117.1, BOMALEED accreditation or interest in achieving accreditation is preferredUnderstanding of the design and procurement processesAbility to direct and motivate work efforts of others and handle project challengesCapability to self-manage project assignments from start to finish with oversightExperience with incorporating research in design process What You Bring To The Table: Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited university3+ years of experience in an architectural office or equivalent professional setting A cover letter, resume and portfolio demonstrating Revit skills and rendering abilities are required.
