Entry Level Hospitality Interior Designer

This role is ideal for a recent graduate or emerging designer eager to gain hands-on experience across all phases of the design process from concept development through documentation and installation. The Entry-Level Interior Designer will work closely with senior designers and the principal to assist with design development, material selections, drawings, and project coordination. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture from an accredited program • 0–2 years of professional experience (internships count) • Strong interest in commercial and/or hospitality design • Working knowledge of design software including: • AutoCAD (required) • Revit (preferred but not required) • Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) • Enscape • Basic understanding of FF&E, finishes, and construction documents Skills & Attributes • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Attention to detail and accuracy • Willingness to learn and accept feedback • Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment • Professional communication skills (written and verbal) • Positive attitude and strong work ethic What We Offer • Hands-on mentorship and exposure to all phases of design • Opportunity to grow within a small, collaborative design firm • Exposure to hospitality projects including hotels, restaurants, and public spaces • Competitive entry-level salary and benefits package • Support for professional development and licensure goals
