Excellent: • Listening and skills • Problem solving skills • Organizational skills • Verbal and written communication skills • Graphic skills to create finish boards • Assist team member with updating and correcting drawings • Ability to follow direction • Must demonstrate a strong commitment to quality • Experience with 2D and 3D design software • Problem solving skills • Organized and able to maintain a clean and orderly work environment • Able to manage multiple and changing priorities • Work 40 hours per week • Able to survey/measure spaces, buildings and create accurate background drawings • Ability to effectively meet deadlines • Travel as required -Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from accredited program • NCIDQ certification within six (6) months of eligibility • Identify areas of career oriented interest/development oriented and work with firm leadership to attain goals
