Introduced to and supervised in the analyses of interior design and materials, planning and occupancy studies, and limited design layouts. Possess basic digital drawing skills and knowledge. Possess Revit, CADD, and Adobe/Blue Beam skills Competence of software used for presentation and studies through multiple mediums Ability to create diagrams, renderings, and drawings to effectively communicate the design concepts Understanding of BIM worksets, building content (i.e., families) Digital file management and standards Able to print, plot, collate, and assemble a document set Able to develop a basic understanding of how codes and standards affect design—including layout of spaces and selection of materials. Begins to develop contacts and relationships with industry reps EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years of relevant experience or multiple internships Interior design or equivalent degree preferred; enrollment in and pursuit of professional certification, registration, or sustainable accreditation preferred.
