What we will do: • Provide mentorship from Managing Directors and Design Directors as well as other in-house disciplines on all projects • Provide career growth opportunities including licensure materials and financial incentives, professional development grants and our professional development process • Education opportunities including LPA+U, LPA Tech Talks and Lunch and Learns Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture • 0-2 years of experience in all phases of Interior Design projects • Experience with Revit, Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred • Enthusiastic commitment to the multidisciplinary design process and team environment • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Committed to building a long-term professional career LPA is an integrated design firm with offices in California and Texas.
