Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Facilities Director, plans, organizes, directs the daily activities of the Environmental Services Department while ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness to Royal Oaks residents, guests and employees. The discussion is documented for the department managers, shared with the Facilities Director, including a task list with defined timelines for correction. Semi-annually meet with vendors and review performance of services. Ensures the competency in the position is maintained by participating in training and development programs as directed. Has ability to speak, work and interface with all levels of co-workers, residents, guests and employees.
