Fe3 Construct is a Largo-based construction company specializing in custom steel homes. We’re a small, fast-moving team. Everyone here touches real projects, from the first client call to permit approval.

The role
We’re looking for an organized, sharp executive assistant with interior design or drafting experience. You’ll be the first voice clients hear, help produce the floor plans we sell, and keep the paperwork moving so projects don’t stall. If you like design but also like running the details, this is a great fit.

What you’ll do

Occasionally answer inbound sales calls, qualify leads, and schedule consultationsHelp develop and revise floor plans and design concepts alongside the design teamPrepare, organize, and track construction and permit documents, and follow up with building departments, engineers, and clientsSupport the general manager with day-to-day operations: scheduling, email, client follow-ups, and task trackingKeep project files, CRM records, and document sets current and accurateHandle client communication professionally and promptlyWhat you bring

Experience in interior design, architectural drafting, or residential constructionWorking knowledge of drafting/design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Chief Architect, SketchUp, or similar)Comfortable on the phone with prospective clients. You’re confident and personable, not scripted.Highly organized, able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines without dropping thingsStrong written communicationProficient with Microsoft Office / Google WorkspaceNice to have

Familiarity with Florida permitting or the Florida Building CodeExperience with construction CRM/project softwareAssociate’s or bachelor’s in interior design, architecture, drafting, or construction managementFluent in Spanish and EnglishPay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
