Well-established AD100 Interior Design Firm located in West Hollywood seeks a polished executive assistant with a joint role as a showroom associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, resourceful, extremely energetic and able to multi-task while working in a busy environment. • Maintain owner's contact database • Schedule all repairs and maintenance at bi-coastal homes Showroom Associate • Greet customers in a showroom setting • Answer and direct phone calls on a multi-line system • Process incoming and outgoing deliveries and shipments • Act as administrative assistant for entire office • Act as liaison to all vendors and clients • Manage office supplies • Work closely with entire team of designers, accountant and owner • Create purchase orders Required skills: • 3-5 years of previous bus administration and/or executive assistant experience is a must • Strong communication skills required • Ability to use all available resources to problem solve • Able to maintain client and business confidentiality at all times • Microsoft office, excel, outlook and Internet research experience a must • Highly organized, detail orientated and ability to efficiently multitask a must • Thrive in a fast paced work environment • Ability to quickly adapt to new or incoming changes • Spanish speaking a plus • High School diploma required, College degree (AA, BA, BFA, or BS) a huge plus Special Considerations: • Construction / design / architectural office firm experience a huge plus • Furniture retail and production experience also a plus • International logistics Benefits: Our firm offers excellent health, dental, vacation and sick time benefits.
