Executive Design Assistant

Kaage Homes is a boutique design-build firm + real estate team on Chicago’s North Shore, known for transforming historic properties and creating timeless new builds that are both beautiful and investment-worthy. This is not your typical EA role. You’ll work directly alongside our founders, Grace and KC Kaage, gaining firsthand exposure to the world of high-end real estate, interior design, and construction. From managing day-to-day operations to assisting with design projects and technical drawings, you’ll be the right hand that helps keep our business running smoothly, while also developing your own skills as a designer. You’ll: • Assist with drawings, renderings, and client presentations (AutoCAD/SketchUp a must) • Support sourcing, mood boards, and design documentation • Coordinate with contractors + vendors and keep projects on track • Manage executive schedules + client communication • Support our storefront operations and help curate design presentations for clients • Jump in on site visits, real estate presentations, and wherever our team needs you
