This role does require travel between NY, NJ and the Hamptons. Need to be ok working in a true 24/7 role. Hours range between 830am - 6/6:30pm while in the office. Responsibilities: * Project Management, including Home Renovation and Interior Design * Special Projects including assistance in event planning for both all gatherings * Calendar/contact maintenance and correspondence management * Plan complex travel arrangements * Copy, file, scan and general clerical duties * Use research to be resourceful and track down information/unique items Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree Required * 2 + years of experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant * Excellent communication skills, written and oral * Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills Salary/Benefits: * Paying up to $100-120K DOE and bonus * Free lunch * Fully paid medical/dental/vision Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
