Executive Vice President - Commercial Interior Design

We are seeking an Executive Vice President of Commercial Interior Design to lead and scale our commercial business, driving growth, profitability, operational excellence, and exceptional client experiences. Reporting directly to the CEO, the EVP will own the Commercial P&L and provide strategic leadership across sales, interior design, procurement, project management, and client delivery. The ideal candidate is a proven executive with deep experience in commercial interiors, strong financial acumen, and a passion for building high-performing teams and exceptional client relationships. Lead the overall commercial business unit with full accountability for revenue, profitability, operational performance, and client satisfaction.Develop and execute growth strategies that expand market presence and drive long-term business success.Manage the Commercial P&L, leveraging pricing, fees, discounts, and operational efficiencies to maximize profitability.Partner with executive leadership to establish strategic priorities, performance goals, and organizational initiatives.
