This role blends creative design expertise with client-facing presentation skills, requiring someone who can both envision compelling booth experiences and effectively pitch those ideas to win new business.Key Responsibilities Design and develop custom tradeshow booths, from initial concept through final productionCreate visually engaging, functional, and brand-aligned exhibit designs that meet client objectives and budgetsPresent and pitch design concepts to prospective clients, clearly communicating creative vision and strategic value to secure new businessLead design for program accounts, building strong client relationships, establishing trust over time and understanding business goalsCollaborate closely with sales, project management, and fabrication teams to ensure seamless executionMentor and support junior designers, providing guidance, feedback, and professional developmentEstablish, follow, and improve internal design processes to drive efficiency, consistency, and qualityManage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of detail and meeting deadlinesStay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to continuously elevate design outputQualificationsProven experience in experiential or interior/environmental design with a strong portfolio of executed projects (exhibits, interiors, retail, pop-ups, or environments etc )Demonstrated success presenting and selling creative concepts to clientsAbility to think across both spatial and graphic design to ensure cohesive experiencesExperience mentoring or leading other designersHighly self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to take ownership of projects from start to finishExceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skillsProcess-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvementProficiency in relevant design tools (e.g., 3DS MAX, Cad, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrategic, creative thinkerConfident and persuasive presenterCollaborative and supportive team memberDetail-oriented and highly organizedProcess-driven with a commitment to quality and consistency
