We are looking for an experienced Director of Architectural Interior Design to join our team at Phaxis. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading the architectural interior design aspects of renovation, new development, and capital projects. You will directly oversee and manage third-party architects, engineers, and interior designers to ensure project success within budget, timeline, and quality standards. Additionally, you will lead the development of design and project schedules, review and analyze proposals, design documents, and technical drawings, and prepare and present clear project status reports to internal stakeholders. Key qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, and 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality Interior Design or Architecture.
