You will be able to work from home if you have an environment that you’re able to focus in. • Shopping/knowledge of what's out there in retail and with trade vendors - being able to find specifically what you're looking for, for each particular client, and where to shop for different styles of clients. • Installations - for non-construction projects, you need to know how to hang art, be willing to steam bedding, unpack boxes, do the grunt work that is needed behind the scenes to make a space gorgeous! If you walk into a room and intuitively know that the soffit should be raised and where the recessed lights should go, this is the job for you. To have this design intuition and passion for design in addition to your creative and technical skills is key to the success of this role.
