The candidate must have a minimum of five years of experience in space planning and commercial interior design, including but not limited to meeting with clients, preparing space plans, pricing plans, construction documents and contract administration. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who will work well individually and in a team setting. Responsibilities Include: • Programming, space planning and interior design • Developing design concepts based on performance criteria incorporating commercial building codes, accessibility guidelines and established building standards. • Presenting design concepts to clients / tenants • Independently producing a full set of tenant improvement drawings for permitting and construction • Supporting the project process including MEP consultant coordination and permit processing • Processing submittals, reviewing shop drawings, responding to RFIs and other construction documentation during the contact administration phase. • Experience with Vectorworks, Sketch-Up or Revit is desired but not required.
