· When a client commits to a proposal, the designer will attend Project Kickoff Meeting, conduct Idea Session, and record measurements the spaces included in the scope of work. · Communicate/collaborate with Principal on job concept and project goals · Oversee design assistant/junior designer design work to ensure design intent is met and firm brand is maintained · Research specifications required for drawings If the job does not require you to be on site or in person, you may work from a home or remote environment being available during core business hours of 9:00am – 12:00pm for weekly team meeting, throughout the day remotely and at 4pm for final check-in with team/management.
