This role offers a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year and opportunities for career growth and development. About the Position As a Mid-Level Interior Designer, you will be responsible for translating client needs and architectural direction into cohesive interior design solutions. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing and implementing design concepts, and ensuring that designs meet client needs and expectations. Key Responsibilities • Advocate for design excellence and creativity • Collaborate between offices to support project teams while maintaining established design vision • Participate in interdisciplinary teams • Engage team in design dialog and ensure design process is followed • Investigate technology to improve efficiencies • Communicate openly and honestly • Share knowledge with team members, clients, and partners • Anticipate client needs to deliver excellent client service • Solicit input from team members and seek guidance to address challenges You will also need to have a strong understanding of building construction systems, constructability, materials, and industry standards.
