Experienced Interior Design Project Manager

Confidential San Francisco Bay Area, California

Duties include CAD plans, elevations and RCPs in AutoCAD, selecting and writing FF&E; schedules, requesting quotes, coordinating with vendors, clients, architects and consultants, proposal preparation, shopping at the Design Center, expediting, status tracking, inspecting items at the warehouse, specifying window treatment details for estimates, etc. Individuals with 4+ years minimum experience working at high-end residential design firms are encouraged to apply. Additional requirements are as follows: \\- Very strong AutoCAD skills \\- High level of detail orientation with the ability to juggle multiple priorities \\- Excellent work ethic, positive demeanor, and "do-what-it-takes" attitude \\- Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to correspond with excellent English grammar and spelling \\- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture or Furniture Design Increasing responsibility is awarded based on skill level.
