Lead Interior Designer This is a unique opportunity to work as a skilled and collaborative Lead Interior Designer on residential and commercial projects. About the Role The ideal candidate will have experience, skills, and proven ability to manage all aspects of Residential and Commercial projects from concept to final installation. Key Responsibilities: • Manage a portfolio of client projects with personal accountability • Interface with vendors, contractors, and installers to drive project success • Develop floorplans, elevations, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD • Create renderings using Sketchup and Enscape • Apply expertise in Space planning to enhance design solutions • Select Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment while preparing specifications • Deliver client presentations to showcase designs • Prepare detailed construction packages for effective project management • Conduct job site visits and interactions with contractors • Oversee final installations to ensure quality outcomes Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in interior design or interior architecture • 4-5+ years of interior design experience; residential and commercial projects preferred • Proven ability to manage and supervise projects independently • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Enscape, and Adobe Suite • Excellent communication skills with clients, vendors, contractors, installers, and team members • Collaborative mindset with strong work ethic and organization skills • Ability to guide, lead, collaborate, and be a team player
