Experienced Powder Coat Painter

We are looking for a very Experienced Powdercoat Painter to operate the equipment that paints the product on the Flextrude Paint Line. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: • Responsible for the performance of activities in the Powder Coating of Aluminum Extrusions • Accountable for painting, identifying and resolving problems. An important element of the role is to ensure all material being painted is done correctly according to the customer's order • Paint products using specified paint, meeting required cosmetic, and customer requirements • Verify paint application on parts using blueprints, and following company standards, knowledge of powder coating booths is helpful but not necessary • Continued participation in paint booth education • Will be trained in mill thickness gaging, in using Icontrol and PLCs • Responsible for maintaining and replacing paint booth parts • Will be involved in other duties including cleanup and inventory counts • Maybe required to operating the forklift safely.
