Experienced Senior Designer

We’re hiring one experienced Senior Interior Designer (minimum 5 years) to join our in-office design team in Stafford, Texas. This is a career position for a well-experienced interior designer with the ability to independently manage projects, confidently lead client presentations, and collaborate within a fast-paced, professional studio environment. Responsibilities • Manage interior design projects from concept through installation • Lead client presentations and communicate design intent clearly and professionally • Develop space plans, furniture selections, finishes, and specifications • Coordinate with vendors, place orders, and manage installations • Collaborate with internal design, project management, and installation teams • Maintain accuracy, organization, and attention to detail throughout each project Requirements • Minimum 5 years of professional interior design experience • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design (or equivalent professional experience) • Strong professional portfolio of completed projects required • Proven experience with client presentations, vendor coordination, ordering, and installations • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced studio setting • Full-time, in-office position (not remote) • This position is not entry-level and is not suitable for recent graduates or junior designers. • Email resumes & portfolio to [email protected]
