Full architectural, interior design, construction and development firm is looking for Site Superintendents for Westside residential projects. Ideal candidate will have minimum 10 years of experience, in Type V residential construction. Our firm specializes in large custom residential projects in Los Angeles, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Brentwood, and Pacific Palisades. Superintendent must be organized, a multi-tasker with a positive attitude and the ability to coordinate professionally with clients, office personnel, and sub-contractors. Candidate will be a no-nonsense, hard-working, honest, professional with a firm grasp of all aspects of construction documents with the ability to interface with inspectors and the various cities.
