Key Responsibilities: Manage interior design projects through all phases-from schematic design through construction administration Design, source, and present selections for interior finishes, furniture, lighting, flooring, hardware, and fixtures Prepare and produce construction documents supporting design concepts Collaborate with the principal designer and team members to maintain design integrity and intent Coordinate with architects and outside consultants to ensure cohesion across all project phases Occasionally travel for on-site visits and fieldwork (same-day travel) Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design (required) Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, and WordPerfect Strong organizational and time-management skills with creative problem-solving ability Excellent written, verbal, and graphic communication skills Proven ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance (Pre-Tax Employee Contributions) 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays Merit-Based Salary Increases Apply Today!
