Job Duties The Interior Shop Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our interior shop, ensuring that all projects meet King Aerospace's quality standards and are completed on schedule. This position requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines. Key Responsibilities • Generate detailed project schedules and budgets • Support the Sales department with pricing information • Develop and maintain standard interior specifications and processes • Coordinate interior activities with paint activities • Organize and maintain a safe and efficient work environment • Routinely provide input to management regarding inventory needs • Provide training for interior shop personnel • Recruit and staff skilled craftsmen • Conduct performance evaluations • Enforce safety procedures and policies Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field • Minimum 5 years of experience in aircraft interior operations • Excellent leadership and communication skills • Ability to read and analyze technical documents • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
