● Follow up on projects with independent contractors as necessary. Assist Installations Manager with scheduling and supervision of on-site crew. ● Collaborate with the S&D Manager, the Department Administrator and the Installations Manager on the finding, hiring and interviewing of prospective departmental employees. ● Work with the S&D Manager, Administrator and Installations Manager to create an inventory of all materials, noting their condition and storage location at the end of the festival. Turn in a detailed inventory to Administrator.
