Applicant Requirements • A Bachelor of Architecture degree from an accredited institution • Active architectural license • Proficiency in Sketchup, Revit, AutoCAD, and familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite • Ability to collaborate with a project team, including working with the project design and project manager and coordinating with sub-consultants and project partners • Ability to travel to local and regional client sites (personal transportation not required) • Commitment to our company’s hybrid work schedule, working in-office four days/week. FFA reserves the right to change this policy • Strong interest and commitment to researching and promoting sustainable materials and construction practices • Enthusiasm for supporting and mentoring project team members while contributing to a positive office culture • Responsibility for regulatory research and project reviews, including zoning, life/safety, and accessibility code compliance • Ability to execute a project’s vision, following through on design intent through the management of document development At FFA, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this role is between $90,000 and $100,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and years of experience.
