The Field Manager will ensure all the work is completed with the highest quality per builder and customer expectations. Level II : • All Qualifications in Level I plus : • Must have experience leading a team or crew in a construction environment. Level III : • All Qualifications in Level II plus : • 7 years of experience in multiple trades to include tile, wood, vinyl, carpet, countertops, and cabinets • Level II : All Functions included in Level I plus : Oversee and manage the installations to include inspections and quality control as well as how materials are measured and installed.
