Field Manager - A

The Field Manager will ensure all the work is completed with the highest quality per builder and customer expectations. Level II: • All Qualifications in Level I plus: • Must have experience leading a team or crew in a construction environment. Level III: • All Qualifications in Level II plus: • 7 years of experience in multiple trades to include tile, wood, vinyl, carpet, countertops, and cabinets Level II: • All Functions included in Level I plus: • Oversee and manage the installations to include inspections and quality control as well as how materials are measured and installed. Level III: • All Functions included in Level II plus: • Train new Field Managers as needed with progress reports to the Area Manager.
