Summary This position will require knowledge of sales, remodeling, kitchen design and management, including current conditions and industry network. Responds promptly to site analysis purchase orders provided by Home DepotSchedule in-home measures with customersCreate accurate 20/20 file using information from the site analysisPrepares an estimate of expected cost of labor and scope of workProvides and reviews labor bid with customer, and submits labor bid to store for future purchaseManages work in pre-sale and post-sale funnelsReview kitchen cabinet layout with customer to ensure fit of designEstablishes rapport with customers, and discusses all their installation needsDelivers ongoing value to relationships with Home Depot associates in storesPrimary point of contact for kitchen installations for specific stores, Independent Contractors, and Crew2 sales force acting as a liaison between the external customers, stores, and Independent Contractors managing all jobs in progress dailyPerform job site visits during predetermined milestones and as neededReceive calendar of Independent Contractors availability and offer jobs to meet customer schedulesApproves Independent Contractors invoices for payment confirming negotiated pricing by individualProficient in permit applications and confirm with Independent Contractors that all permits are posted on siteAssures open permits are tracked and closed as required by PM’s as neededAssures Lead Safe practices are considered and/or followed on appropriate jobs and files appropriate paperworkUpdate all appropriate systems with the most current update of the projectExecute the change order process when neededProvide weekly project updates to the Field Operations Manager Maintains, tracks, and reports all financial aspects of project, including margins, forecasts and billingAssume responsibility and communicate effectively and efficiently with supervising managers, consumers, general contractors, subcontractors, retailers Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with consumers in relationship selling and project managementAttention to detail of measurements, calculations, and material orderingFlexible schedule, occasional weekends, and/or evening appointmentsManages sales funnel and supports activities with retailer including trainingSuperior communication and organization development skillsProven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentDemonstrate knowledge and understanding of construction documentation and sequencingPractical knowledge of value-engineeringExperienced in Design Software 20/20 (preferred) Experience with Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, Word)Ability to travel within an assigned market
