This role will be leading the effort to deliver the project on time and on budget. • Manage client relationships onsite with the hotel manager. Travel up to 80% of the time. We need this role to be at the Hotel we are renovating to receive material deliveries, perform punch out, manage the relationship with the hotel. We expect the Field PM to be onsite most of the time during the project, but taking many paid weeks off between projects is not uncommon, which must be pre-approved by the principal of construction.
