What You Bring • Reel/portfolio that feels like storytelling, not montages • Ability to concept → shoot → edit solo (camera/audio/editing chops all in one) • Passion for cinematic storytelling (bonus if you’ve done short films, docu-style, or Vimeo Staff Pick vibes) • You know how to keep people watching on TikTok/YouTube while keeping it cinematic • Hungry, obsessive, can’t-not-tell-stories energy What We’re Offering • Start with a paid test project ($1,000–$1,500 for a 45–90s brand short film + cutdowns) • If you crush it: Full-time role at $55K–$70K • 10 PTO days per year • Growth track to Creative Director (as we scale our in-house studio) • Founder-level mentorship + a brand that will give you full creative runway You’ll work directly with the founder and the content team.
