Purpose The Design Consultant at Floor & Decor is the entry point into design and is responsible for engaging customers on the sales floor to support their design projects, conduct design appointments with customers to determine design needs in the selection of tile, wood, stone, and accessory products of various colors, textures, patterns, and design. Greet store customers in a helpful manner and support store design walk‑in needs. Working Conditions (travel, hours, environment) While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles.
