Minimum Eligibility Requirements Essential Functions Greet store customers in a helpful manner and support store design walk-in needs Schedule design appointments for existing and potential customers, developing clientele through networking, referrals, and store-generated leads Provide tile, wood, stone, and accessories advice to homeowners, interior designers, and builders for residential and commercial projects Design and sell complete, functional, and aesthetically appealing solutions Manage multiple customer projects through all phases with accuracy, timeliness, and follow-up, using company communication tools Collaborate with store leadership and employees to manage projects from inquiry to installation, achieving sales and other goals Support company initiatives and model best practices with store staff Engage with current and emerging design trends Utilize design applications such as Salesforce, Online Design Scheduler, MyProject Perform other duties as assigned Working Conditions
